• Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region serves nine counties in North and South Carolina.
• Those who live alone will be assisted in developing a caregiving plan upon admission.
• A "Do Not Resuscitate Order" (DNR) is not necessary for a patient to come under HPCCR's care.
